W.O.W. Confirmation & Important Info

Aloha Chicas!

We've been gearing up for the 12th Annual Women on Waves Surf Festival and we're looking forward to seeing you all this weekend. It's going to be a packed weekend with surfing, great food, live music, charity raffle and a run/swim competition.

Registration & Check-In
Check in for the heats will start at 6:00 a.m. Please check in one hour prior to your heat. At check in you will receive your goody bag, t-shirt and Festival Pass. Keep the pass with you throughout the weekend as it will guarantee you breakfast and lunch for both days. You are responsble for picking up your rash guard and making it down to the Beach Marshall prior to your heat. Registration is still open for all Divisions, new participants can still sign up online or at Paradise Surf Shop.

Heat Times
The times for all heats have been posted online. The final schedule along with your rash guard colors will be posted online Friday at 5:00 p.m. Please make sure to check and verify your Heat times on Friday evening. Those who do not advance directly out of the first heat will surf again in the second round of heats on Saturday afternoon. Afternoon heats will run go from 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. Semi Finals will be posted at the event on Saturday afternoon.

2nd Elimination Heats

Menehune Division
We're excited to announce that the Menehune Division is open and now FREE! Menehunes will jump in and surf at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Menehunes can sign up at the registration booth on Saturday until 2:00 p.m. If you know of any Menehunes bring them out and introduce them to W.O.W.

West Wind Surf Club to Sponsor Four Women
The West Wind Surf Club has generously offered to sponsor four women for the surf contest. If you know of friends who haven't signed up yet, please have them contact the West Wind Surf Club at jm@johnmccombs.com or Women on Waves at info@wowsurffest.com.
